Our standard processing time for orders is at least 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times will vary based on the shipping method you’ve selected.

Please be aware that processing times may be extended during holiday periods.

Upon receiving your shipment, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Carefully inspect the contents for any physical defects or shipping damage.
  2. Verify that you have received the correct products.

Any damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 business days from the delivery date to qualify for a replacement. If you are dissatisfied, please follow the packing instructions provided below.

Packaging Your Return:

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and returned within 15 days.
  • Washed, worn, or used items cannot be accepted.
  • Please include your invoice or a note containing your name, address, and order ID# with the return.

Once we receive your item and confirm it is in its original condition, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the order. If you prefer an alternate item or size, please place a new order.

Exclusions:

  • We do not accept returns on Videos, CDs, all Poster types, Billboards, Body Jewelry, Swim Wear, Underwear, Guitar Tabs, and Books.
  • Worn, washed, or used items will not be accepted and may be returned at the customer’s expense.

Additional Information:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage.
  • Original shipping charges, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable.

You can expect your order to arrive within 25 business days after it has been shipped. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please get in touch with us, and we will issue a refund.

Your order may arrive in 2 or 3 separate shipments because we ship items from multiple warehouses. Please do not be concerned if you receive items separately. Rest assured, all parts of your order will be delivered within the specified delivery timeframe we have provided.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order. A restocking fee of $4.99 will apply to cancellations.

We do not guarantee the cancellation of orders outside of this timeframe and reserve the right to process your order. To cancel your order, please email us at support@sp5dershop.net.

Changes to orders can also be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Refunds are only available in the following cases:

  • You do not receive your order.
  • Your request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

For returns, we adhere to a 30-day policy. If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered or if it is defective, please contact us via email for assistance.

We do not guarantee changes to orders outside of the 24-hour window and reserve the right to process your order. To request changes, please email us at support@spider555.store.

If you reached the confirmation page after making your purchase and received your order number and receipt, your order has been successfully processed.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email, it indicates that an incorrect email address may have been entered during checkout.

Please reach out to us with the email address used, the first and last name associated with your order, and the date your order was placed. We will resend your order confirmation accordingly.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

All items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Exchanges are possible only for different sizes of the same product.
